The M4H Gym and Allied Health Centre offers services delivered by university qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists, equipped with the knowledge to prescribe for Chronic and Acute conditions specific to their needs. 

What do you love most about what you do?
That we get to work with a fun, friendly and inviting team that are like minded in their passion to see people achieve their goals!

What’s a Fun Fact about yourself that the community wouldn’t know?
We offer a variety of specialised classes from neurological classes, new mums classes, diabetes classes and our school age kids program. Chat to us for more information about these classes!

Services Month Special:
No sign up fee for new gym members, equating to two free consults with one of our Exercise Physiologists.
